What is your position at GroundProbe?
I am the Software Technical Lead based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
How long have you been working for GroundProbe?
I started in GroundProbe in July 2019, so it’s been 4 years and 3 months.
What makes your job unique?
My job contributes to the safety of people, and we provide high-tech and innovative solutions and after-sales support with excellence to keep the systems operating correctly.
Why do you love what you do?
My job is very dynamic and challenging, which makes it very exciting. Additionally, the work environment is also excellent, and the leaders are very open-minded and supportive.
Can you please tell us a little about yourself?
I’m 34, married, and father of two little girls. I am open-minded and like to learn new things and take on new challenges. I’m also really into sports and music. I was born in a small town in the countryside, in the state of Minas Gerais, called Arcos, where my first job was working with my father in a car workshop. My professional background is in electrical and industrial automation, and I have past work experience as a teacher at a technical school and the local cement industry in my hometown.
