Giving back to our communities
Supporting Local Communities Through Give-Back-Thursday
Last November, our North American team proudly participated in Casa de los Niños and Give Back Tuesday in Tucson, Arizona, an organisation dedicated to providing critical services to children and families in need.
The team collectively donated funds and assembled care bags filled with winter essentials, hygiene products and lunches for members of the local community. Beyond the donations themselves, team members had the opportunity to personally distribute the care bags, gaining firsthand insight into the impact community support can have at the individual level.
This experience reinforced the value of grassroots action and local partnerships. We are proud to have supported Casa de los Niños and look forward to continuing this partnership into 2026.

Standing With Communities Affected by Severe Weather in Indonesia
Between late November 2025 and January 2026, communities across Aceh, North Sumatra and West Sumatra were impacted by widespread flooding, flash floods and landslides, one of the most significant hydrometeorological events the region has experienced in recent years.
In response, our Indonesian team organised a targeted donation initiative to support affected communities. While our global footprint spans diverse regions, our responsibility to act during times of crisis remains consistent.
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to social responsibility and our belief that supporting communities during times of need is not optional; it is fundamental to who we are.

Coming Together to Give Back – Again
Community support remains a priority, again, for our North America team, who recently came together to support the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
Through a combination of individual employee donations and funds raised via a holiday raffle, the team collected an impressive volume of essential food items for those experiencing food insecurity. This initiative highlighted the collective impact that can be achieved when people contribute toward a shared purpose.
