Training, Insights and Strengthening Connections

Recently, GroundProbe team members Manon Lextrait and Leonnardo Probst visited a mine site in Queensland to provide training, build customer relationships, and deepen their understanding of on-site needs.
The visit was part of our ongoing commitment to helping our customers with innovative geotechnical monitoring solutions, along with the knowledge and training they need to maximise their use.
Leo led the delivery of advanced geotechnical training and radar data analysis, while Manon took the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the data, our products, and the realities of customer environments and workflows. Together, they provided tailored, in-pit support and worked closely with site personnel to analyse their radar data and incorporate it into daily operational practices.
Showcasing Cutting-Edge Technology
During the visit, they demonstrated GroundProbe’s latest innovations in slope stability monitoring, including our Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR), in-ground instrumentation, and Slope Stability Radars (SSRs). These solutions are designed to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making on-site.
Customer-Centric Insights
A key takeaway from the visit was recognising that, while the technology is powerful, its success depends on how it is integrated into daily workflows. Helping teams understand the data and confidently include it in their routines is vital, and equally, understanding those routines enables us to better customise our support and solutions.
Collaborative Relationships
The visit reaffirmed a strong and collaborative relationship with the customer.
