Brent Silva

Brent Silva joined GroundProbe in September 2025 as IT Manager. A seasoned digital transformation leader, he brings over 20 years of experience across the not-for-profit, manufacturing, government, and consulting sectors.

As the former CIO at Clarity ICT, he drove initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and unlocked new revenue streams. He also provided Virtual CIO functions for major clients, assisting them in implementing their technology strategies across various industries.

At GroundProbe, Brent’s expertise in digital leadership supports our integration with Geosolutions and Orica Digital Solutions, advancing our technology capabilities and strategic growth. Brent holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
