GeoExplorer is a single-platform data aggregation solution for slope monitoring that allows its users to view and compare data from a range of monitoring sensors on the one dashboard. Through software modules that represent varying sensor types, data is imported into GeoExplorer for side-by-side analysis.
Developed by NavStar, a specialist developer and market leader of geotechnical data aggregation software and systems, the industry-leading software solution allows its users to interact with data in the same way regardless of the technology used to collect it.
In addition to SSR and GML data, the versatile software platform integrates data from an extensive range of geotechnical monitoring hardware for a fit-for-purpose, site-specific solution. Through software modules corresponding with different sensor types, data from GPS, laser, satellite InSAR, total stations, piezometers, accelerometers, and many more, can be imported and viewed on the one dashboard.
GeoExplorer also allows historical and current data to be viewed alongside each other, allowing users to analyse and interact with data on any point along the timescale, even if the monitoring system has been relocated or reset.
Customisable reports comparing data from different sensor types can be created by simply selecting, dragging and dropping the information you require. For even greater reporting functionality, GeoExplorer will automatically format the graphs for you.
Users can easily flip between Front View or Plan View displays of data, whilst SSR-XT customers, who view their data through our patented Front View display in the SSR-Viewer software, will now also be able to view their data in Plan View through the GeoExplorer dashboard.
The alarms tab feature conveniently summarises all of the alarms that users have set for their system; telling you which are active, when an event has been created, and when an alarm has been triggered.
With GeoExplorer, displacement values can be graphed alongside InSAR data, prism displacements, water pressures or any other set of monitoring data, providing single-platform, real time monitoring on one screen. Standardised alarm triggers can also be set up for all available sensor types within consistent, user-defined parameters.
GeoExplorer can also be run simultaneously by multiple users both on-and off-site. Changes are made in real time and reflected for all users, optimising the decision-making process.
