Meet Our People: Leonnardo Probst, Senior Geotechnical Engineer

My name is Leonnardo Probst.
I am a senior geotechnical engineer for tailings dams at GroundProbe; I also lead the geotechnical monitoring team in Belo Horizonte and work with the business units to support our customers.
What makes your job at GroundProbe unique?
I believe GroundProbe has innovation in its DNA, holds true to its company values, and respects their employees, customers, and society. At GroundProbe, I have the chance to work with incredibly diverse situations, enriching my career – that diversity includes visiting several mines with varying challenges, working with amazing people, and learning and sharing knowledge. I proudly lead a team of more than 40 people at the remote monitoring centre in Belo Horizonte, who provide a high level of service by monitoring more than 50 sensors 24/7 and several customer sites throughout Brazil.
Another exciting part of my job is working with the Brisbane-based R&D team to develop new monitoring tools and solutions, always striving for excellence and innovation as part of our DNA.
Leo.
