Fadjri Andika, our Operations Manager – Asia, exemplifies these values through his steady rise and meaningful contributions. Since joining GroundProbe as a Technical Specialist in 2016, Fadjri has continually taken on greater responsibilities, progressing to Technical Lead in 2022 and now leading operations across Asia.

“One of my favourite parts of my time at GroundProbe has been the opportunity for growth. I joined as a Technical Specialist, then moved to Technical Lead in 2022, and now, as Operations Manager, it’s incredible to look back and see how much I’ve grown both professionally and personally.”

Before joining GroundProbe, Fadjri built a strong foundation in automation and control systems through roles at Honeywell and APRIL. This technical grounding has supported his success in delivering complex geotechnical solutions and leading teams through high-impact deployments, particularly in Indonesia.

As Technical Lead, he played a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships and guiding teams through advanced radar installations. Now, as Operations Manager, Fadjri continues to champion customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the region.
